摘要：Disclosed is a method for producing a lining piece for the interior of a motorvehicle. In said method, a decorative layer (4) is weakened by treating the same with alaser beam (5) and is cooled in the laser-treated area in order to introduce apredetermined breaking point or bending point (7). According to the invention, thecooling action is performed by evaporating a liquid (2). The invention further relates to alining piece that is provided with said decorative layer.
