摘要：A module for thermal exchange with a portion of a mammal is provided. The

module is used with advanced methods related to body temperature control andmanagement. A portion of a mammal is placed in a sealed enclosure that is in thermalcommunication with a heat exchange fluid. The enclosure is also adapted to provide anegative pressure environment and includes an improved interface with the externalenvironment.
