摘要：A method for producing a stent which is formed into a tubular body andcomprises at least one marker composed of a marker housing and a marker insert, themethod using an indenter a distal end of which has a spherical shape, the distal endcoming into contact with the marker insert when pressing the marker insert with theindenter and fitting and crimping the marker insert to an opening provided on themarker housing to fix the marker insert thereto. Due to this method, a stent having aradiopaque marker with which, when attaching the marker insert to the stent, sufficientload can be transferred to the radiopaque marker insert and less damage is caused tothe marker housing of the stent can be produced.
